It has happened to me albeit with a tingletip that I had left attached to my toothbrush! I didn't start a thread about it is the only difference.
I only noticed when I saw the bright pink end in her poo. Dogs like things that smell strongly of owners, hence wanting to eat the crotch of knickers, false teeth, and things that have been in one's nether regions.
