To ask what the age ranges of your friends are

Did have a friend 7 year older but fell out currently they are between three years older to six year younger (only one is that much younger)

I'm 58, I have friends in their 30s right through to 84!

Youngest is 19, oldest is late 60's, but most are within a decade either way of me (mid 30's).

Once you're an adult it really doesn't matter.

Between 30-60 im mid 30s. Wouldn’t be friends with someone in their teens that would be weird.

One of my dearest friends is a good 15 years older than me, and a man, we have had some odd comments from members of the public.

I don’t even think about it other than when someone mentions it though, he’s just my pal.

Sorry. My friends ages range from 30 to 85. I like it that way. I feel very blessed.

I’m 34. My best friend is 37. The youngest friend I have is maybe 31. The oldest is about 43. Used to have one that was in her 50’s

school and uni friends obviously my age, but more recent friendships, from when we had kids/ bought a house etc range from 10 years younger ( I am an older mum and most mothers of same age kids are 10 years younger approx), and 10 years older ( my book club cohort is older!)

my ‘new ‘ best friends : ie who I most socialise with now are mostly around 5-7 years younger or same age.

I’m 61. My friends range from 28 to 84 but the vast majority are late 50s to mid 60s. And my friendship with the much younger people tends to be a bit more “motherly” in nature.

One of my closest friends is 27 years older then me.
My youngest close friend is 10 years younger.

I'm 65, best friend is 42. Oldest friend is 80 and everywhere in between.

I'm 41. My closest friends are around my age. However, through work and church I have friends ranging in age from late- 20s to mid-50s.

My two closest friends are 7 years older and 10 years younger than me.

i had my DC relatively young so older friends tend to be parents of similarly aged DC and younger friends I’ve met through work and hobbies.

I'm 52. I have a friend who is 10 years younger than me but most are at least 10 years older than me. One of my closest friends is 88 this year. She gets very annoyed when her DDs try and patronise her and once shouted 'I have FRIENDS younger than you!!!!!'.

I've met them through DH's hobby groups, work and book club.

I'm 63. My friends range from 38 to 70

42-63. I'm 44.

Between 30 and 50 roughly. I’m 39.

We're in our early 60's and have friends who are in their mid to late 40's. We're quite close to one of those couples and have been on multiple holidays with them. We jokingly refer to them as our other children! We also have friends in their 80's through a shared hobby/interest and socialise with them outside of this.

Don’t know all their ages… but I’d guess 15 years younger up to 8 years older

i'm 44, my very best friend is 8 days younger than me! one of my very close friends is 36 and I have another who is turning 50 this year

Of my close friends, 30 to 58, I think. I’m 32. ‘Friendly acquaintances’, who I’d happily shoot the shit with and enjoy the company of but wouldn’t necessarily confide in / organise 1-1 meet ups, is a much wider range.

My youngest friend is 25. My oldest friends are 95 (sweet lady from church) and a guy in my master’s swimming club is 98! And he still comes to post meet drinks with us!
