Looking at the prospective options and assuming that Andy Burnham will be thoroughly engaged in election hustling, can we add our 007 suggestions here...
DH is my first choice, closely followed by Tom Hiddleston from The Night Manager.

Idris Elba even though he's not on the list. He's on my list!

Yes, it would be nice to have a black Bond for a change, though most of the men you've suggested are far too old now.
I'd have preferred Chiwetel Ejiofor as he's proper posh, but prob also too old.
Paapa Essiedu would be great, though!
