Looking at the prospective options and assuming that Andy Burnham will be thoroughly engaged in election hustling, can we add our 007 suggestions here...
DH is my first choice, closely followed by Tom Hiddleston from The Night Manager.

I think they need to pick someone fairly unknown, I'd never heard of Daniel Craig before Bond even though he was an established actor. And it can't be a woke decision - not a man of colour, or a woman of any colour. They need to stay faithful to the books. I have to say that Daniel Craig made the right choice walking away when he did, they seriously took the franchise to another level with him but he was getting too old IMO.

Aaron Taylor Johnson would be a huge mistake, his handler wife would insist on being involved and look what a fuck up she made of 50 shades....

I really thought the point of the last Bond film was to ‘kill off’ James Bond, but continue with the films with 007, making an opening for a new character (maybe a woman). Seems like I got that totally wrong 🤷‍♀️ which is a shame.
