Anyone else having weird dreams

Recently? Over the last few days to w week, they have been insane, one night of a really horrific nightmare too, don’t generally have them, is it something to do with moon…!? God knows

I have magnesium dreams. Not a fan.

Are Magnesium dreams intense?
I experience weird and vivid dreams because of anti depression tablets.

Yes! Dreams about people I know but not seen in ages, intense and yesterday I woke up thinking I need to phone my brother and check he and one of his friends are ok … he’d tell me to stop being an idiot I’m just like my mum lol

What are these? I’ve always taken Magnesium
