I want to be enthusiastic as ultimately its perfectly harmless, but I also feel I would be entirely not being honest if I didn't say that is categorically not the kind of thing I have seen anyone wearing when we've skied (usually twice a season since I was a small child).
No-one is going to arrest you, but it would definitely generate comments if we spotted you from the chairlift - and not complimentary! IME you would stick out like a sore thumb and would only have a hope of pulling it off with aplomb if you are a truly excellent skier (and even then, people might wonder what possessed you!)
You are unlikely to get anyone verbalising these thoughts though, so if you like to make a splash - and some people do, even if a little bit negative in order to get a reaction at all - then go for it.
But I cannot in all honesty say it falls within what I'd point you towards if advising you, and I say that as someone who has skied since early childhood.
My one caveat is we tend to go to the less "party-central" resorts, so that might skew things a little.
ETA I'd probably think you were German and liked 80's revival fashion.
