I appreciate all the D this and D started as shorthand, to make posting easier but does anyone else think it probably needs to end. It’s actually more confusing half the time, especially when we get into then realms of siblings, in laws, step children.

I’ve never understood the ‘darling’ bit. When I did found out it was darling it made me laugh so much. Why not LM lovely mum, CM crazy mum, AM abusive Mum?? It’s not much quicker to say Mum than it is DM? It’s literally one letter 😂

I agree and I’ve always thought it was ridiculous that people are too lazy to type out ‘daughter’, ‘husband, etc in full.
