Apparently I'm a bra size 30GG!!!

So I've been breast feeding for about 18mths now and let's just say all the meat has gone from my boobs! They were a lovely, pert 34D pre baby and now look like sagging, 2inches lower, deflated balloons.....
Out of interest, I thought I'd do the boob or bust online measurements to see what sort of bra size I'm potentially looking at now they've changed shape etc and apparently I'm a 30GG!!! How is this possible when they're sagging and lost top volume/fullness?! Is this even a plausible size in real women? I'm loathed to spend £40 on a bra thats a 30GG only to have to send it back hugely disappointed.
Anyone else done the boob or bust measurements and actually fit into the size stated/recomended?

Yep. I’m a 32F. It sounds enormous but it isn’t. I used to wear a 36C.

If you can, get yourself to Bravissimo or an independent bra fitter

I went from 34B to 36DD after brearfeeding.

Bodies change. I was 34D when younger & now seem to be 30F/G.

You also need to get all your breast tissue into the bra by doing the swoop and scoop.

I'm another one who tried it and found the band size way too tight, I didn't pull the tape that tight when measuring, I'm not a fool. I don't have much to contain anyway so I mainly just go for comfortable bralettes these days.

I also had DC and slimmed down after. I went from a 34DD pre DC, to a 32G after!

They definitely don’t look at they used to but I’m fine with it. I remeasured recently at my new size and the difference a good, well fitting bra make is incredible!
