Period after a year

Hi folks. I've not had children. Not had a period in a year. I'm 55 and I came on today. I was shocked because I thought I'd done with it. Should I see my GP?

I think you'd have been given a hysteroscopy after your scan if needed? I had my scan and was told if I needed one I'd have one straight away. Maybe different at different hospitals. Try not to worry just yet,they didn't find anything which is a really good thing 😊
