Are masks being advised again in general?

Had a hospital appt yest morning was called beforehand told I had to wear a mask. GP appt yest afternoon and when I arrived told the same thing ? Are masks back. AIBU to be worried about this ?

I am vunerable,
I go into the doctors if i have to for regular blood tests to see how my failing kidneys are functioning

During the flu season, I do not Mill around or go anywhere else that is busy / without a mask.
I get my food shopping online

I stayed indoors for 3 months during Covid, i qas advised by my consultant to not even put my bin out

Dr / Nurses only go out to Housebound patients

I am perfectly capable of walking BUT a COLD can kill me
So....
