To be annoyed with Kylie Minogue?

She’s on the One Show. My son looked up her age as he didn’t believe she could be pushing 60. She looks 30. What the heck?

Unfortunately that is what is happening.
Women in their twenties getting work done when they don't need it.
So many women who have had a lot of botox end up with frozen faces.

How on earth can you use the Kardashians and Demi Moore as good examples they have had so
much work done! I would love to see these showbiz stars without having had fillers, Botox, facelifts, teeth done etc and I can bet you most will look their true age! Kylie does look incredible but let’s not forget good studio lighting and professional makeup could take years off any of us it’s not true life just saying

I think she is really beautiful. It’s obvious she’s had work done, but she has great bone structure, so the good scaffolding is there to start with! I’m definitely looking at a woman well into her fifties, not her thirties or forties, despite the work. And that’s absolutely fine.

I don't think she looks tweaked though. She's clearly had lip filler (her whole adult life), teeth done, botox, face lift and more probably. A few years ago, she looked a bit over-cooked but remarkably now, she looks better than ever. She's got the balance just right.

It really suits some people (like Lulu for example) but it's not for everyone.

It definitely works for Kylie though.

I do wonder sometimes how these young women with the mahoosive lips fillers are going to look when their in their 60s. Surely they can't just pump chemicals into themselves for the next forty plus years.

agree with most here - she looks amazing but definitely doesn't look as though she's in her 30's. Obviously had good quality work done & has taken care of herself. All paid off in comparison to Nicole Kidman who has had a lot of work done & still manages to look her age

I think there is some truth to this. Pregnancy and breastfeeding do offer health and longevity benefits for example I believe breastfeeding of both breast cancer and diabetes in mothers which is very cool. It also unfortunately seems to speed up aging on a cellular level as a few studies have now shown.

There's also a level of good genetics. Danni also looks good. However if you see them in natural light, talking, as said, they look like beautiful women in their 50's with good skin/toned faces (obviously through work done), who eat nutritionally, cut down on alcohol etc, exercise and have professional hair and make up done.

You’d be annoyed because someone’s done what ever they want to do to take care of themselves how they want to. I don’t know when I was a kid I was a die hard Kylie fan but it’s a non issue for you. Just get over it

My cat Zoe died from that @TroysMammy and so did her brother (named after Gary Barlow) who belongs to my friend down the road, but their other brother Alfie is doing well at 14 still thankfully with Benazapet and Furosemide.

As for Kylie Minogue I just downloaded the One Show and she does not look in her 30s. She must be completely and totally focused on herself all the time. She looks good but obviously unnatural.

Danni Minogue, Gwyneth Paltrow, Gwen Stephani, JLo, Halle Berry, Sofia Vervara, we could endlessly list all the equivalent Mother's who look as good as Kylie.

Just googled her after reading all the Raving comments and sorry but... no, I cant agree that she looks "beautiful " or all that young either. First pic that came up (attached) she looks like Pamela Anderson. Her cute Kylie face is gone. She looks tired, rough, and caked with layers of make up.
I used to love her look but she's nearly unrecognizable now.

I'm just pointing out that there is scientific evidence that shows, unfortunately that it does age you faster than if you stayed childfree even if that can be cosmetically compensated for, all those women have had a lot of work. It does appear that having kids does age us.

She can't sing, or dance, not really, but address likeable and used her Neighbours fame and the gay fans to get where she is. Good for her, it worked. Taylor Swift can't sing either and isn't nearly as likeable so good on Kylie.

I had breast cancer/mastectomy in 2016.

'The Minogue Brow' has been a part of her face forever. You can see that her right brow is a tad higher and more arched in pictures from the start of her music career. I'm not saying she hasn't had work done, because obviously she has, but the brow isn't one of the signs.

yes she has the money to throw at everything; but she still has to work at it too - I’m bloody lazy and even if I had her money I don’t think I could be bothered.

I didn't see her on the one show, but I knew someone who worked on the X Factor and said IRL her face looked odd (bit wobbly) - maybe botox instead of the plastic surgery? No idea, I'm no expert.

Going off on a tangent, I remember seeing Nicole Kidman on a chat show around when she was 50ish bemoaning the lack of parts for mature women, sitting there looking like a 30 year old. She's not wrong, but if you have work done to look younger, then I imagine it's difficult to be cast in a role that's your age.

Never mind how she looks, her live show this year was phenomenal. So much fun and SO much energy. I met her several times in the 90s and back then, she was literally one of the most insanely perfect looking people I'd ever seen in real life, albeit in pocket sized form. So, she had a good start which makes it easier!
