We’ve had 9 lambs this week. 6 weeks early.

You know kittens at 8 weeks are absolutely terrors. They are so full of life that it inspires you to be more positive in your own life. Like baby goats. Just enjoying every day.

@Davros yes that’s Scrump very content. She’s already trying to stand and walk - they’ve taken a real leap in the last few days developmentally speaking.

@ClareBlue in slightly dreading 4 weeks onwards as they get scrappier and more mischievous. They are clearly going to be chaos.

My nieces were terrified of my kittens. They looked like cartoon elephants panicking about a mouse. The speed of them, the little claws, the ability to climb walls…

They have that spider like movement of unpredictable aimless speed.

OP, do you know anyone with a dog crate? Might be worth borrowing one to keep them contained when needed. No need to keep them in all the time, just to give you some respite.

We had to borrow one when we had our female spayed because she was in danger of bouncing her stitches open.
