Ok so here’s another question. As stated I’m 41 and I never wear a bra. Stopped earlier this year as just can’t be bothered. I’m fine with my choice but just don’t want to increase my risk of breast cancer or damage myself in any ways?

you're probably more likely to damage yourself by not wearing a bra than you are by wearing one!!

Bras have nothing to do with breast cancer.
