Yes I know I can shop elsewhere but they are one of the few places that sell the items I need.
Firstly the price labels often don't match the item on so many lines. I have got caught out so many times. The staff member said the staff just get the products out and don't care if they don't match.
Secondly, they start the we are closing announcements over the tannoy 30 minutes before closing saying that customers need to make their way to the checkouts. 30 minutes before closing? Then when I do get to the checkout there is one member of staff on the tills dealing with a massive queue of customers and they end up closing late anyway.
