To get “Revenge” on Neighbours

Nextdoor’s children are “shriekers”, over the top girls (aged 10 and 6) who scream, whine and yell all day long. This afternoon they have been playing and arguing so loud we can hear them over all 4 floors of our house. It’s particularly bad in the living room and they are so loud we can hear them over the television.
It’s constant and annoying.
No SEND, they are just brats whose parents don’t install any boundaries.

AIBU to therefore stream Cardi B’s unedited version of W.A.P to my television and blast it out, repeatedly, at ear splitting full surround sound volume?

Or you could behave like an adult and say to the neighbours, I don't know if you're aware but we can hear the children screaming and it's quite startling. Is everything okay and could they maybe tone it down a bit?

And also how do you know there’s no SEND. Is that something people tell their neighbours?

The op has already explained that the parents have no control over their children and aren’t considerate over how they behave and effect others.
I still dont believe they should be getting punished in that way, exposing them to sexual content is child abuse

I’d love to message the parents and ask if everything is ok with their children as the constant screaming is very worrying and you will be contacting social services if it continues!!! 😇

My friend has had neighbours like that for over a year and it has got worse and worse where she has been ill on and off for a long time . When she spoke poilitly to them they didn’t give a damn and it’s just got worse and worse . I’ve been there and it’s really loud like they are in her house . It’s awful for my friend as they don’t care

I have neighbours and their kids of the same age bracket to you. They were very anggresive annd confrontational to me about my dog barking. I said nothing to them back. Their children are thugs and out of control with behavioural issues. those children shreak and scream
all day. Last summer the parents often had get togethers with booming music until 1am. We’re on a housing estate and it was outside my bedroom window.
they’re clearly not civilised, don’t have measured responses. so I don’t think I could retaliate in any way at all without potentially risking my safety. I say and do nothing to them.
