Torbay. It’s beautiful

Kent coast - lots of beautiful beaches, from shingle to sand. Love exploring them.

And yet people will dutifully trot along and answer.

Why on earth start a post (in the wrong forum, I hasten to add) without sharing why you want to know, or worse, which YOUR favourite location is?

I grew up visiting different seaside towns each year as a child, I have so many fond memories. I love hearing people speak about their lives knowing we all have different experiences and memories and I just thought it was a niche prompt to rattle someone’s memory! I guess I like hearing people’s stories :)

I really dislike the 'go' in that sentence.

Portrush which according to the Times is in the top 11 postcodes to move to. Blue flag beaches are lush and it’s only 7 miles away

Mine is St Ives OP, but don't tell anyone as it's always too crowded in summer. It's stunning. Cardigan Bay in north wales too can be stunning on a nice day (bit bleak in winter though). Spent many a happy summer in abersoch.
