in his position as mayor Sadiq should certainly have answered this valid and relevant question irrespective of what he thinks of the questioner. It is appalling that he did not.

This “one man” is the mayor of London so of course he has a responsibility to engage on this matter. He’s not just a random being asked on the street.

Pity he’s not, it might help him understand the anger at his failure to engage. Might not be a priority for him, but many of us think it is important to dismantle child rape

When someone in power is talking about a subject that involves raping and ruining children's lives, yes I believe they should use a consillstory humble tone yes.

If London has indeed "gone to the pits", I'm asking in what ways Sadiq Khan has contributed to that, as opposed to Parliament or other factors outside of his control.

It shouldn't be a challenging question, if he has indeed caused this "destruction".
