If I were one of the men involved I think I would be wise to read up on R v Brown, the famous consent case where a load of freaks nailed each others dicks to tables and claimed it wasn't ABH as they had consented.

I used to work in healthcare, many gay men DO suffer from rectal prolapse. At least men have the prostate gland there which can be stimulated for pleasure, women do not.
