I drink A LOT of snowballs every Christmas which reminds me of my grandparents and Christmas when I was a child. Always with maraschino cherries and a little paper umbrella. I appreciate they're not everyone's thing.. 😄

There was a Christmas cocktail at a bar I went to at the weekend which was Bailey’s, amaretto and oat milk. Was very tasty!

An amaretto sour. Extra sour. Also can consume extreme amounts of baileys in the festive period

Manhattans and Negronis are my go-to winter cocktails. There’s something about red vermouth that is very redolent of the season. Whisky Macs are another good option.

Funny, to me red vermouth is a summer drink.

Gin and Dubonnet is wonderful. It tastes very festive to me. I normally drink a few negronis. Replacing the vermouth in a negroni with Dubonnet is lovely too.
