This is my collection at the moment! I’m currently building the Lego Typewriter 🥰

The Vespa/car/bus are mine, the sports cars & truck are my DH's - but he does let me help 😂

I'm on Christmas mode!

Lovely. Box no. 2 has arrived but it's full of Duplo for a toddler.

Finished the books are my passion set. Love it!

I've dropped my Christmas present off at my mum's for her to wrap with the dc😁 I always buy my own presents and then act surprised when I open them 😁
I've not got round to the bookcase yet. Maybe Friday which is my day off.

For those of you with seasonal Lego, do you dismantle it each year once the season is over and build and display again the following year? Or do you just store it away built? Or keep it out all year? The Halloween stuff is ready to take down now and once it's December 1st it's time for the Christmas stuff.

We used to store it built and add another set each year.

Finished my second gift with purchase. Will start the Botanical Gardens set tomorrow

Mine just arrived this evening! Same DPD guy handed over the Marvel Mansion for DS, both ordered on Friday. They sat in the warehouse until yesterday according to the tracking, then this morning I got a text saying they were going to be delivered today.

Received botanical garden, the reading nook and the extra GWP yesterday. I’m not starting the botanical garden yet because I want to finish the book store modular (and I still have Jazz Club sitting unbuilt in the basement) but will do the reading nook GWP today. Really looking forward to it.

Also sold some unwanted Lego on eBay yesterday (Spice Girls BrickHeadz) so feel better about my bank balance!

Done. It reminds me how satisfying smaller sets can be! I loved that the woman reading seems to be based on the designer of the set (who won an Ideas competition! Talk about life goals )

My sixteen year old son had a collection that is slowly taking over the house 🤣

Are Brickheads popular on Ebay? I don't have instructions anymore, but have some Star Wars and Harry Potter ones I'd forgotten about

Thoughts on Shackleton's Endurance? Did anyone build the Titanic? My DN did and then spent even more on a custom made case to display it in

I wouldn't attempt anything as complicated as the Endurance but it does look amazing . A fabulous one to display once done

It looks great! Not one that I’d want in my collection though…

What I do want is the Natural History Museum, it would look great next to my Botanical Gardens set 😍

@Pumpkittenspice I think the Endurance looks kinda boring 😱
I know on the inside it will be full of clever building techniques etc but as a display piece it's dull. There's like 4 colours to it 😂
Definitely one I wouldn't go for even if I could afford it.

I would love to have all the buildings, if only I had the space. One day...

I want the Jazz Club and Boutique Hotel so badly, but I can’t afford them. They’re retiring soon too😞

I think anything that's predominantly all one colour would be boring to build. I'm not into Star Wars anyway but those sets look dull as dishwater and cost so much. Same with the titanic and Eiffel Tower. I like plenty of colour and variety in my sets. Once I feel better I'm going to turn my heart wreath into a winter/Christmas themed wreath. I've still to do the bookcase. I just haven't the energy. Bloody germs.

@LegoTherapy oh yes the Star Wars sets.
So much grey.
And many different shades of grey which when you are trying to rebuild to sell many years later causes you to scream "I hate grey".
And brown.....how many bloody varieties of brown?
