The Lucky Bamboo is next on my list. I’ve been told by a reliable source that I might be getting it for Valentine’s Day

Oh love Lego, I've got the Friends botanical garden waiting to be built, well waiting for me to first make a space to put it.

Unfortunately my lego collection is smaller than I'd like as I'm running out of space.

I got the Heart Ornament set for free out of my LEGO Insiders points. I built it yesterday 😊

Here's mine. Two lovely young people at work bought me it when I retired.

What I've built since Christmas. Still got the Harry Potter Owlery & hospital wing to do

And also the Disney movie camera.

I used to build loads of my DDs Harry Potter models. She would ask for them but get bored of the building. She still has a huge collection in her room. I also have Central Perk & the house from Up, which were gifts to me a few years ago.

I'm retired due to ill health & got very into lego again just before Christmas. I had a lovely Santa sleigh set, plus nutcrackers & a Christmas tree.

Sadly I can't afford anymore at the mo.

I'm still about to start Bag 6 of Tuxedo Cat since last week. I need more Lego time

It really is so expensive isn’t it. I just got two ‘fake’ Lego kits off eBay. The seller is based in London and orders from one single factory in China. He guarantees his kits are spot on. In one of mine, I had one misshapen brick and one missing. He sent replacements out immediately from Brick Link, which sells spares for LEGO. His eBay shop is theloonyshop. Don’t let the name put you off 😂

We've not started on the botanical garden yet.

Am struggling a bit with the Assembly Square set. There are too many bags for each section to be built and I'm finding it a bit unwieldy and overwhelming.

One section had five bags which all had to be opened at the same time! I ended up just sorting each bit into colours to make it easier but man, it's a bit of a slog!
