Looking for a corner sofa. Budget of about £2000. Would ideally like a neutral mid-dark brown, fabric material not leather.

Considering the Sofa Club but also wondering about Dunelm. Where is yours from and do you rate it?

Posting for traffic as need to order it tomorrow!

We got one years ago from Harvey's, the service was terrible and the delivery incredibly late but the sofa, oh my word. Out of this world comfort.

Local independent store. Got a Parker knoll sofa.

baxterbee · 07/07/2024 21:17

We bought ours from sofa club in October- it is sooo comfy! However I would say I have to "de bobble" it frequency and we have blankets on it (young kids and a dog!)

Sofas and stuff

We've had a small sofa and matching footstool from Dunelm and were impressed with both customer service and quality of sofa. It looks smart, is comfortable and wasn't very expensive.

We also have a big fabric corner sofa from Next and are very happy with this too. Quick turnaround (they had a limited number of 'delivery within 5 days' options on their website, though tbf most are 8 weeks), efficient admin process, easily trackable delivery. Team of 3 turned up exactly when the tracker said they were due and assembled the sofa very easily and efficiently, took away all the packaging and left us to enjoy it! Sofa is unbelievably comfy and looks fab.

Same! Joules Patterdale at DFS. It’s amazing

My sofa is from the Country Living range at DFS. Everyone who sits on it comments on how comfy it is.

DS2’s is the Lorenza from DFS. That’s really comfy too.

NinaPersson · 07/07/2024 21:28

Mine is from ikea and i love it

TheVelvetOnion · 07/07/2024 21:31

I bought a large corner sofa from Snug last month. It's beautiful and so comfy! We got it at a cracking price too. I think the sale is still on and it only took a few days to come.

APurpleSquirrel · 07/07/2024 21:33

Ours is from DFS - the Orka in velvet. Had it nearly a year - very comfy; squishy but firm.

bellsbuss · 07/07/2024 21:39

Country Living range from DFS , best sofas ever

IKEA! I'm sorry but all buying advice I give in here is from IKEA!

Domoda · 07/07/2024 21:46

Next, very happy with it too

PoppyCherryDog · 07/07/2024 21:46

Sofa.com we got the Aissa??? It’s a corner one (or chaise corner one) And love it! I think it was closer to £3k though but they may have a sale on. Plus we got smart velvet which I think makes it more expensive.

SlipperyLizard · 07/07/2024 21:46

We have two different DFS sofas, love both, but I’d never buy one without sitting on it as what one person finds comfortable another won’t. We sat on a LOT of sofas before buying the second one!

Loaf -gorgeous styles plus great choice of fabric

We got a futon sofa bed from them years ago. One of the bars was missing and the sales guy couldn't understand why we couldn't just build it without.

Can't help as I've got a 3 seater leather reliner I got from argos for £339 12 years ago its still comfy though.

wonderstuff · 07/07/2024 21:49

We have a DFS which is really comfy - and interest free credit was a bonus.

TheDefiant · 07/07/2024 21:50

Ikea. It's 20 years old and still going strong.

Puppylucky · 07/07/2024 21:53

Roseland for me - their Alfie corner sofa was the only one that fitted our awkward space and is amazingly comfortable

JC89 · 07/07/2024 21:56

Furniture village, I think it was the Moreno one. We've had it about 5 years and it's good so far!
