I left one star review after i payed for 22inch but got 16inch hair extensions and also my scalp was extremely damaged only after wearing it for 4 days . It was all around horrible experience i posted about it before .

Ripped out with flash basically

Now i'm not English but i also am
not Romanian and now owner replied with this ( see attached) to my review and much much more lies and degrading comments ( which i wont post not to out her )

She also posted my face photos on her website despite me telling her that will put my child and myself in extreme danger as we were escaping DV and re located few years ago in another town . DV was extreme.

I feel like calling police am i being unreasonable? But she hates this one star review so much that i have all reasons to believe that if my ex saw my photos and contacted her she'd give him my new address and contacts .
My reasons are - i told her about DV and how dangerous it would be to post me and she posted after my review . So she knows what she is doing

She changed her business name into " Goodbye " enter my name " which is weird too

I'm terrified now .

Report this to the police and report the response to what ever the review was on. Screen shot the name change of the buisness because goodbye your name sounds like a threat to me. Call the police and teach her a lesson. They will probably call her and tell her to remove it and advise her not to do it again. Report threatening communications and hate speech.

She has done herself no favours with that reply, if I saw it I'd think her salon would be one to avoid.

Absolutely contact the police. She isn’t allowed to post your pictures without your consent like that and she has done it maliciously, placing you in danger. She has also been racist. The police should take this seriously.

I don’t know what she thinks she is going to achieve with a response like that but I for one would not go anywhere near a salon that treated its clients like this.

Ffs, what a bitch! Definitely report her to the police. Hopefully they will have a word and she will have to take it down.

If I read what she said I wouldn't go to her so I bet she's lost lots of customers. Hope the evil cow goes out of business.

I did report and asked what will happen, will she be told to take my photos down?
The police lady said it will be up to officer who will investigate but she is nearly 100% positive it will be taken down

As for greasy Romanian she asked me what makes me think it's racist ? i said i don't even care if it is , she can call me whatever she likes i just want to feel safe and for my daughter to be safe from abuse

That's appalling of her. If anything it shows how horrible she is and will lose custom for it.

You did the right thing in reporting. I would question her qualifications too. Maybe give a fake name next Time you go to a salon, not that you should have to. And I'm sure something like this would never happen again. But it might make you feel safer.

Unfortunately a lot of people don't understand what DV is, and have no sympathy towards the victims. DV go both ways, male and females. I think she may be one of those narcissists women. The moment you told her about your DV situation she kept it in mind and now she used it against you.

You did the right thing to call the police. It will teach her a lesson. 👍👏👏👏👏

yes that's what all my family and friends are saying . It's below the belt

I actually told her it will put my little one in danger to post me . So that's her " revenge " for one star review

I know it doesn't matter but I'm Latvian and told her that so she has this strange racism against Romanians or thinks it's an insult to be one ..

Glad you reported it and can't believe the police asked you what made you think it's racist. What's racist is she said greasy haired romanian. She used your nationality as a smear against you and added greasy haired aswell. It would seem who ever you spoke to only regards the colour of someone's skin as racism. Just shows the sheer lack of understanding thats still out there. Although they could have been trying to gauge in what way it offended you as being racist to record it.

You did the right thing reporting it, have to say though the police are possibly going to try and bargain with you here to remove your original review in order for her to remove all details about you. It's ludicrous and unfair but I'd say there is a high chance of it happening

Yes. Whoever is right or wrong here about extensions. I would see her reply and think avoid like the plague.
On a side note, surely the bit about Romanian grease is racist? Usually a lot of stuff people think is racist, I do not but in this case surely it would be.

I kind of hope she doesn't remove that reply for a wee while (as long as it doesn't have your name in) because that alone is FAR worse for business than any review anyone could leave. I wouldn't go near her if I was a potential customer if I saw that reply. All places get bad reviews at some point and I take them with a pinch of salt and look at all reviews as a whole before deciding if I want to give them my business.

She was basically saying trying giving me a bad review now, when I've taken down the whole buisness. Has she removed your pictures from her website?

I'd keep an eye out and if your review reappears if she reactives contact the police again if there's anything identifying on it and your concerned.

Glad it's all gone OP shame the visit from the police didn't stop her from sending more vile messages. They probably told her not to contact you so she contacted your bf instead.
