I left one star review after i payed for 22inch but got 16inch hair extensions and also my scalp was extremely damaged only after wearing it for 4 days . It was all around horrible experience i posted about it before .

Ripped out with flash basically

Now i'm not English but i also am
not Romanian and now owner replied with this ( see attached) to my review and much much more lies and degrading comments ( which i wont post not to out her )

She also posted my face photos on her website despite me telling her that will put my child and myself in extreme danger as we were escaping DV and re located few years ago in another town . DV was extreme.

I feel like calling police am i being unreasonable? But she hates this one star review so much that i have all reasons to believe that if my ex saw my photos and contacted her she'd give him my new address and contacts .
My reasons are - i told her about DV and how dangerous it would be to post me and she posted after my review . So she knows what she is doing

She changed her business name into " Goodbye " enter my name " which is weird too

I'm terrified now .

Abuse on Messenger and before i can reply or have a normal conversation with this woman she blocks me . "Why don't i get a life " or meaning why report her to police i guess

Oh my god OP she sounds completely unhinged! That’s really quite disturbing. Can you block her? Or maybe report this latest contact to the police? I can’t believe this woman was running a business!

She said she is 54 and pregnant.
What a nightmare, maybe i should go local news papers . i really don't know what to do and her knowing my address is very unsettling for me ... x

And any new ones!

Really? Denigrating someone as "greasy" and a named foreign nationality and she can't see how it's racist? I'd ask to speak to someone higher up.

Look I have to point out here in the interests of fairness that the first pic. The very first line says she is responding to a comment by you on her page. OP you need to stop speaking to this woman and report any further abuse to the police.

I obviously don't know who's said what to who first but you do need to not respond even If she messages you first... screen shot report.... it can be seen as harassment but the same can be said about you if you are the person instigating comments first.

@Mummy2024 she deleted her Google reviews so i wrote a comment on her FB page.
I feel I am aloud to write about my experience, warn others , specially foreign women .

Everyone is telling me to be loud about my experience, my friends are telling me to contact local papers and show what she done to my scalp , and her abusive Xenophobic correspondence

All my comments or reviews are without personal attacks or abuse of any sort - just laying out facts . Police read everything and i couldn't be more polite if i tried . I even begged her to see me

I would hate to read another review similar to mine , about other woman's experience . When i can prevent this .

I feel it's my duty to warn others, it's all deeply offensive and my scalp was butchered in only few days of wearing the extensions.
I showed damage and asked her to remove it as i was i. agony - in writing. Her response was "
wait 5 days as I'm serving others "

It took 30 mins to take it off in different place and absolutely everyone was shocked by her negligence. I feel like it was an attack on me because i'm foreign .

Anyone seeing butchered scalp and reading that i'm in pain , crying , can't sleep or work would have decency to take the shittily attached extensions off - i had to apply steroid solution and now hair re- growing sticking out weirdly ( at least it's growing i guess
) And was given sertaline by GP .

Police told me i'm allowed to share my experience so i will . I do feel violated for simply being foreign . How can i leave it ? If she carries on working this must be posted together with our conversations and her replies

I am a human being . I am allowed to be upset .

Racism can be directed at any ethnic group.

This sounds awful, but you need to be careful OP. You are feeding the troll. Don't provoke her. Do not instigate any further dialogue. Do not post about this online anymore.
Instead report all abusive contact to the police.
You yourself say you are a victim of DV, and all this attention will make you highly visible to your ex.

so grateful.

Hairdresser should keep her racism to herself and not post publicly . She can also refuse to serve foreign women - so easy to say " sorry but i'm fully booked up "

Whilst I understand the situation and your desire to warn others, don't let it take over your life.

Contact the police with any further abuse recieved its all evidence of harassment.
