I was just surfing the DM and saw she went BRALESS to a wedding. We have babies the same age (4m); i can't even go braless to the loo.

How the hell does she look like that??

Why can’t you go braless to the loo? And obviously she has help and priorities looks as she’s in the public eye, nothing wrong with how she’s doing it and there’s also absolutely nothing wrong with how the rest of us do it.

What would happen if you went braless to the loo???

But you get stick on invisible bra cup things that lift everything up and hold it in place, maybe she’s got those on along with a lot of tape?! Also probably not breastfeeding. And personal trainers, personal chef, day nannies, night nannies - celebrities don’t do it like us!

Honestly, I gave birth to 3 daughters and as soon as they were out, the bump was gone.

I had small bumps, I never really experienced looking pregnant as no one ever knew. When all of them were born, people would ask if they were mine and absolutely NO other mums want to be your friend.

I don't know why my body snapped back, but it just did. The midwives all made comments that I was "flat already".

I come out of all my pregnancies thinner than before!! Thanks to morning sickness and nausea I guess!!

(I gave birth at 19,21 and 28 so maybe age had something to do with it).

I do think Sienna miller is one of those people that generally always look good.

Probably not breastfeeding, she was super slim to begin with likely didn’t put much/any extra weight on and if she did then she’s probably starved herself for the past 4 months to get back in her clothes. Plus chefs, a nanny, time and money to exercise.

Genetics? She’s always been slim, some women don’t put much weight on or have much of a bump. Perhaps she’s not breastfeeding.
Perhaps she absolutely worked her butt off to snap back, she can afford a personal trainer and all that.

She looks great, I’m sure you do too. Just remember she’s in the public eye, her appearance is a big part of her persona.

I think it's just/mainly genetics

or just genetics! I love my food and are usually a regular shape / size but both times after giving birth and breastfeeding the weight fell off me to the point I was having to work to keep it on 🤦‍♀️

"Braless to the loo" really made me laugh.

Don't compare yourself to celebrities- they have zillions of pounds and lots of hired help! I doubt she's waking up 6 times a night to settle her baby.

They also have access to personal trainers, tweakments, plastic surgery etc etc.

A mix of money, hard work, deprivation and luck.

I was back in normal clothes pretty much a week after birth, but put loads on when I started anti depressants for PND. I've never been able to go braless outside the house though 🤣

She's the size of a Christmas tree fairy normally and she'll be used to keeping herself trim because of work, she has to it's her job.

In 4 months? Yes it bloody does!

Well facially she’s had some great work. But she rich and grew up rich so discipline etc will be ingrained.

I also remember the midwife exclaiming that my stomach had gone flat already, I had children in my early 20s, I think thats a big part of it!

I went back to 8 and half stones within 2 weeks of both dc. Breastfeeding constantly and zero sleep.
Ive gone up to over 11st now at 45 though

She stayed really slim and toned throughout her pregnancy, so it was probably quite a breeze to get back in shape afterwards
