Has anyone tried using one. what was it like?

I'm quite tempted to try it - according to the website it's great to help improve your sleep, relieve stress, and good for your mental health.

AIBU to give it a try, or is it all guff?
Interested to hear the experience of someone who's tried it or uses them regularly

Just don't get any of it your mouth its foul! Also didn't get offered earplugs so the salty or whatevers in it water does go quite crusty in your ears when it's dries.

Salt water contains magnesium which can be absorbed through the skin. Magnesium helps with anxiety and muscle relaxation. For those who fell claustrophobic or find it stings try magnesium sulphate (epsom salts) baths. Soak for 15 minutes and then pat, not rub, dry. You could try keeping the light off in the bathroom if the lack of sensory input benefits you.

It's a lot cheaper than a flotation tank.
