To love the month of May?

Birds are still sing abit at 8.20pm and we've got loads of light nights still to come.😄

I enjoy the lighter mornings and evenings for sure

2 bank holidays, it’s bright daylight outside here in Scotland until after 9pm and it’s my birthday month.

My favourite month. Everything fresh and new, lighter mornings/evenings, baby birds and spring lambs and too early in the year for fucking mozzies and wasps

I love spring/early summer so yes I love May. I love the longer evenings the best.

It's my dh,my Dad,my son ,my nephew ,my dh,step dad and dad's birthday all in May, must be the sultry August nights nine months making people horny🤣

It's my birthday month too, still love the month even if I don't love how old I'm becoming.

I normally love April and May but the weather has been so utterly shit this year (Glasgow, Scotland) that I’ve been verging on completely depressed with it.

May is a beautiful month. The birdsong is beautiful and the trees are looking amazing. It's like nature has properly woken up for the year.

I agree. The promise of summer, the optimism of warmer, lighter nights, thoughts of holidays, day trips, barbecues and more. Eurovision! Twice in my life I have met someone and fallen in love in May. It has always been my favourite month.

Except my dad died early last May. So I am gritting my teeth for the next few days until the anniversary has passed and then I can try to get back to the May I love.

Lol no I meant my dh ,step dad and his actual dad and my dad and dh does that make sense?

The birds are super loud though (from 4am), my fault I guess for having a big bush/tree out my back.

Happy birthday for tomorrow mine is in November which is a miserable month ,may is so much nicer to have a birthday 🎂

I prefer December. Sparkly, twinkly lights, Christmas trees, feel goodness, Christmas cake, pyjamas at 4pm.

My favourite as well everything new and fresh, buds on the trees . My DM , DGM , favourite Auntie , DH and DGD all born in marvellous May !

Oh yes I love May too. The hawthorn smells amazing, the blossom on the apple trees and the longest day is still a way off.
