Just as the title says really!☺️ I’m curious to see what interests other people have and just generally trying to get inspiration for myself to try new things!

Pottery, 2 hours a week in a group then waaaay too long a few hours at home when I feel like it, it's a very expensive and time consuming hobby, very very addictive in my case 😅

Idratherbepaddleboarding · 26/04/2024 20:27

Pole dancing: classes twice a week and on my home pole most days.

Paddleboarding: if/ when we have nice weather and there’s anywhere free of sewerage to do it 😡.

Shoxfordian · 26/04/2024 20:29

I read lots
Do jigsaw puzzles
Play games on the switch

Gardening (very big garden), keeping poultry, reading, theatre (not as often as I’d like), singing in a choir (3hrs per week), gym classes, occasional swim, walking the dog. Other than the choir, which is one evening per week, everything else is done ad hoc around full-time work and parenting 2 DCs who also have lots of hobbies.

At the moment crochet. I go through phases when I'm doing it every spare moment to a few weeks when not touching it.
I also read every day. Other hobby is wet felting but haven't don't that in a while as it's very messy and you have to commit to at least a four hour session to get a project done - so I tend to do it more in workshops. I'd like to get into leaded stained glass.

VeterinaryCareAssistant · 26/04/2024 20:36

Archery 3 x per week, I don't always shoot but I'm at the grounds.

Cryptic crosswords most days, gardening in the season, crochet (mainly in winter), reading sporadically, trying to learn the piano with limited success, going to nature reserves and riverbanks to watch birds/wildlife when we have time, drawing when the mood takes me. I work six days a week so tend to rotate hobbies.
