What did/do you call these?

YABU - Ice Pops
YANBU - Tip-Tops

Ice pole, only ever heard people call it an ice pole (London)

I also used to call them ice pops but only if they were the shorter ones. The long ones were ice poles or Mr Freeze (if the shop sold the branded ones).
