What annoys you in everyday life.

Selfish drivers parking their car halfway up the sidewalk - forcing prams/wheelchairs out to road.
Tomatoes.
Smokers.

A lot of things...
People who pronounce the letter H as "hayche"

The worst things are like when you're on a plane and the person next to you is so fat they invade your space and you can't get out. Or people that have bad BO in the same conditions.
People that play music loud on their phone
People that swear loud in public (we have young kids)
People that tut.

And random shit like when your socks get a hole at the toe end and it sticks out - really pisses me off lol.

Being expected to go to work events that are literally pointless because they are annual.

People that have no patience whilst queuing.

House prices and Tory housing policy (not building enough). Tories generally tbh. And Lib Dem's - abstained jn 2010 on student fees as soon as they got into power despite free tuition being their flagship - and cost me a fortune, will never vote for them again...

I could go on... when the dog slips a silent but deadly one whilst we're eating?

My kids constant bickering.

School constantly doing dress up days, bring money in for this, that and the other.

The price of parking in the city I work compared to the city I live in.

Next door letting their dogs out as soon as they see mine out just so they start barking at each other.

My other neighbour parking further and further up across the front so that my CCTV no longer faces my car but on both of theirs.

That the kids football games keep getting cancelled due to a muddy pitch.

The price of everything going up all the time.

When you take that little plastic sticky thing off a loaf of bread and it rips the whole bag so the loaf goes stale; I’m sure they do it on purpose!
Weetabix packaging; it’s so messy!
When you’re cleaning your teeth and water runs down your arm
Sand… eurgh it gets everywhere!

Instagram influencers, my alarm clock, the price of drinks in shops now !

• People walking along a pavement who just stop for no apparent reason
• People in supermarkets chatting on their phone with the trolley blocking the item I want. Despite multiple 'excuse me, excuse me' they don't hear till I've had to get loud and now it sounds like I'm just being rude and loud
• People pronouncing TH as F- 'I've got free eggs', no, you have three eggs
• People who say 'I've got The Covit' (MIL)

To be totally honest, it would probably be simpler to list what does not annoy me!🤣

Most things but not much pisses me off more than a lukewarm bath.

Loud people
Eating noises
Neighbours deliveries and workmen that make my dog bark
Inflation

Too many to think off

Tangled cost hangers - I sometimes get a little violent seperating them, demanding to know how they've all tangled again

People that do not indicate. It’s a classic peeve, but so many people just do not fucking bother.

People that make small talk in the supermarket or at the bus stop. I realise that’s really anti-social of me, but it makes me feel so awkward. I’m always polite, however.

Drama llamas who post cryptic status posts on Facebook. “Omg I’m so fucking fuming…” (PM me, hun). Same goes for those who post a load of memes. Especially loathe the “too much wine/gin tonight lol” ones.

Inconsiderate twats who use speaker phone on public transport, or crank the music up.

People who leave their bags on train seats and make no effort to move them as the train gets busier.

Women sitting on mobile phones in the (DL) gym changing rooms….it’s intrusive.
Sitting right next to me in my airspace in a very confined space while I am trying to wrestle myself into my knicks and swivel and hoist a DD bra around my damp chest….
Or the woman who got her phone out of her locker to take into the shower cubicle (there are no shelves in there)….there’s a perfectly good unobtrusive seating area just outside the changing room. Please….

Loads of things give me the rage but in particular;
The government
Mobile phones - the way people spend all their time looking at them and not actually engaging with other people or their children especially.
Social media particularly "influencers".
Rude people that don't say please and thank you, hold doors etc
Tailgaters.
Feral children in restaurants.
Noise - I love peace and quiet.
Certain phrases such as "Can I get" instead of please may I have.

The older I get the more things annoy me. I could fill the whole thread up with my list. I think @TigerRag has it though with 'people', as most annoyances are people generated.

Mumbling
Habitual lateness

My lack of will power and desire for instant gratification.

Dc standing in trolleys..
Slow drivers..
People who don't indicate.
Cyclists..
Drivers at service station pumps who don't park so you can get past when you are using the one behind..
Shoppers who wait until the very last minute to get their purse out. Like they suddenly realise they need to pay...

• cyclists cycling on the road alongside a cycle lane and causing a massive traffic tailback
• smokers on holiday who light up right beside you by the pool, when outdoor eating, on the beach etc.
• people who put their poor dogs outside for hours on end and allow them to bark incessantly
• bad manners and general rudeness
• people who reorganise the dishwasher after you have just loaded it
• people who say, "somethink" and "nothink"

So many things including:

People asking for advice or assistance who can’t be bother to add a please or thank you
Parents who allow their children to be feral
Anyone who holds their phone like a crisp bread
Anyone who plays music, videos etc in public without headphones

Chewing with your mouth open
Mumbling
General entitlement
Hyperbole. Someone having a different opinion is not attacking you
Everything to do with Starbucks and their shit coffee
People who treat shop or wait staff badly
The amount of wastage with fresh artichokes
My inability to use superglue without making a mess

1. People that have a string of spittle attached to both lips (makes me dry heave)

3. People coughing/sniffing near me (I have been known to wave a freshly plucked tissue from a packet at them)
4. Drivers who don't say thanks when I let them go/turn
5. Being interrupted/being spoken over when I'm talking
6. Comments like 'oooh I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of YOU!' when I've literally said nothing to warrant such a stupid remark
7. Bad losers
8. Condescending/Entitled/Rude people
9. Parents that don't check their kids, letting them run riot...'Nooo it's fine, little Tarquin can run behind my chair several times and whack my shoulder blade with his light saber whilst I try and have 20 minutes peace with a coffee and cake'

People who waffle and don’t get to the point.

There are loads of posts here like that and I give up on most. Doubly annoying when they start by saying they’ll be quick and then ramble on in in a dozen semi-coherent paragraphs.

I'm finding the opposite, I'm getting less annoyed by stuff as I get older.
I just let small irritations flow past me, and give fewer fucks. I'd recommend it.

But, tomatoes OP?

Have you seen that Simpsons episode where they cross breed tobacco with a tomato and call it tomacco? You’d hate that 😂 I hate people pushing in queues, wet feet in socks, being late, and these days teenagers have been annoying me. A lot of 13 years olds with fake eyelashes vaping outside the shop here. I feel like one of those old people waving a broomstick. I swear I’m not a horrible person.
