Is the best thing that's been on tv for years??

I loved season 1. I haven’t seen any more because it’s on Apple TV though.

All three series are excellent

It is brilliant but has spoiled me for anything else at the moment.

Absolutely. I just think it is a shame these days that such fantastic TV is on a streaming channel rather than one of the mainstream channels so many people won't see it. You can't even get it on Dvd.

Excellent, series three was not as good as the others but still great. Gary Oldman is incredible in it.

We had a binge fest at the end of December and watched all 3 series over 3 nights!

I adore the books and the audiobook versions so I was nervous about the tv series - I wanted to watch it but was afraid they might ruin it. They nailed it.

It's amazing. Have just finished the books and they are even better. There are 4 more books written around the characters apparently and also some novellas but I'm saving them until after some exams in January.

I think it's very rare that characters on screen improve the reading of the books but in this case I think they do. All of them are so true to the characters written.

I've just (re-)started the first book. Apparently I bought it in 2016 and only got 11% into it, but we had a dinner party on Sat and everyone was RAVING about how brilliant the books and series are so I started again....I'm assuming it's a slow burn because at the moment, I'm not loving the style of prose....even second time around.

Not slow horses exactly but if you wanted to know how Jackson ended up running the slow horses …

Same - I was really looking forward to reading the first book but I found it very dull.

We love this!! The only thing worth watching.

The first series was amazing. Loved the second series too, but I thought it had some silly bits.

Currently halfway through watching series 3 and enjoying it. Jack Lowden is so good, but Gary Oldman is just incredibly, repulsively, fabulous

Hated the season finale of s3. Fell into the usual trap. But loved the humour.
