Breastfeeding has ruined my breasts

I've been exclusively breastfeeding my son until last month, when he switched to formula milk. I am in desperate need of some advice as my breasts have noticeably shrunk and become saggy—I'm not exaggerating. My breasts were naturally a size E, but now I barely fit into a B cup. Even my DH has pointed it out. I am looking for tips or suggestions, whether it's exercises, creams, or anything else that might help.

To be frank, I am least bothered about what my husband thinks; that's not an issue. It's more about how I view my body and feel about it. I definitely do not feel the same as I was before pregnancy, and obviously, I am well aware that the body changes after breastfeeding and pregnancy. I am simply looking to improve my size to regain my confidence

This won't help you, sorry, but some reassurance to other people worrying breastfeeding will ruin theirs - I breastfed my daughter till she was 5, I was a 32F before, went up to a 32H through pregnancy and breastfeeding. We did natural term weaning so the last couple of years were a very slow, gradual reduction. Mine didn't change at all when we stopped, and almost a year later, still no change! 🍈🍈

I never noticed a change at all. BF for 14 months x 2.

Mine never came back either! I think it depends on how big they were while breastfeeding to how small they go after and whether you got stretchmarks.
