To ask where the hell Campbell's Mushroom Soup has gone?

I love using tins of their condensed Mushroom Soup as a sauce for tortellini pasta (delicious!) but it seems to have vanished off the supermarket shelves. I've been searching for weeks and can't find it anywhere anymore :(

Does anyone know if Campbell's Mushroom Soup is no more or not??

We use the tomato one as a pasta base quite a lot. I tried a different soup and it just wasn’t the same.

That’s so funny - I was looking for the chicken one at the weekend. I was astonished that I couldn’t find it.

My mum was saying this yesterday. I got some recently from our local B&M, try there, I’m going to stock up now I know it’s discontinued- if there is any left!

Cambell's soups are condensed, so will taste a lot stronger in recipes than other varieties.

The Sun says it's supplier problems and they will be returning soon.

Thank you for that information. I've been looking for a tin of Campbell's Tomato soup for a while. Wanted it as part of a hamper for 10th Wedding Anniversary (tin).
Can't find any related Andy Warhol items either (i.e.wrapping paper with Campbell's Tomato soup).

I use both the mushroom one and the tomato one in pasta bakes. I’ve always bought them in either Home Bargains or B&M rather than in supermarkets. I got some last week so they’re still available.

I had to look this up on Reddit as was hunting this weekend! Huge supply problems potentially related to a takeover. Ended up making my own and it was absolutely bloody amazeballs. It was for a pie filling.

Weird! We were looking for it at the weekend to - or even the chicken one. Nowhere to be found in Asda or Sainsbury's near us.

I haven't found it anywhere for a while. Love the mushroom soup for a chicken dish I do. Nothing else works the same. Hope it's soon back.

I got mine from B and M recently

We had a Batchelors one in a dish this evening and I wouldn’t have known the difference.

I was just going to suggest B&M and the like because Campbell s isn't doing soup now.

Home Bargains and Heron Foods are the places to look. I have 10 tins in my cupboard. I pick a couple up each shopping trip. Used to be 49p now about 69p and rising. I dread running out. I use them in slow cooker recipes.

Batcholors do the condensed mushroom soup (I picked it up in Iceland for 80p). I use this as a pasta sauce and it tastes similar
