To ask where the hell Campbell's Mushroom Soup has gone?

I love using tins of their condensed Mushroom Soup as a sauce for tortellini pasta (delicious!) but it seems to have vanished off the supermarket shelves. I've been searching for weeks and can't find it anywhere anymore :(

Does anyone know if Campbell's Mushroom Soup is no more or not??

I used to love the tomato & rice soup but I think that really has gone.
For a while they changed to Bachelors & then back again, I think.

I've got a couple of tins of Campbell's mushroom soup and one of celery. I can't remember why I bought the celery. It may have been mentioned in a recipe. It wasn't to make this, although I'm almost tempted:

Yes, I managed to get some Campbell's condensed mushroom soup in B&M this week too (it's got a new/different label on it).

We've definitely had all this Batchelor's/Campbell's shenanigans before. As long as we can still get the product, I don't care which name they use.

Interesting! Yes I have wondered why it's not at the supermarkets any more, but can find it in Home Bargains etc so I stock up there. I use it for slow cooker meals mostly .

I sincerely hope it's not disappearing. It's a key ingredient in our family's signature leftover turkey casserole!!!

Americans use those soups for all kinds of things and it's all over the American expat mums groups. It's quite the hot news!

There may be some American import shops that will start to stock it but you'll pay £££.

A few said Sainsbury's do a decent cream of mushroom but it won't be the concentrate if that's what you are looking for.

I've just found it in B and M- condensed tomato, mushroom, chicken, all 79p. I have stocked up.

I'm curious about the pasta recipe that uses mushroom soup!

I used to use the chicken or mushroom one for pie filling sauce. Then I discovered Crème Fraiche instead and stopped buying it. Maybe I’m not alone.

Me and my Dad had this conversation yesterday. Morrisons have it listed on their website and I said I thought I'd seen it in B&M and from a previous poster I think I might be right! Dad seemed to think Heinz had bought them out but I don't know how true that is.
