To wonder what happened to programs like Most Haunted?

We were watching an old Most Haunted last night (on YouTube) and it made me realise that programs like this are a thing of the past.

The excitement on “most haunted are live tonight!” Etc … all gone. What killed them?

I did think maybe YouTube killed them as content creators these days can produce just as good content as these massive corporations but these shows died before the rise of YouTube.

So what happened to them?

I do watch Twin Paranormal sometimes but they’re so hyperactive and over the top I find them really tiring 😂 Josh used to be the same but he seems to be mellowing out with age

I watch Nuke's Top 5 on YouTube for collections of spooky happenings. Lots of them are from TikTok or YouTube and he always links to the full paranormal investigation and the channels they're from. It's a good way of getting a taste for different creators.

Yep I find them tiring too sometimes and I’ve stopped watching their videos all the way through.

josh is growing on me, I particularly liked his Japan videos.

Yeah we’ve been watching the Japan series, have you watched his UK series? That was really good, he did Pendle Hill and Chillingham Castle along with a few other things.

What makes us laugh about him though is when he’s trying to talk to ghosts he always says “I’m from the United States of America” 😂 DH always shouts “we know! Nobody cares!” 😂 Ghosts from 1600s wouldn’t even know what the United States was 😂😂

Also a ghost adventures fan. Dont find them too over the top and also like they do try to debunk shadows and noises. Some I find really good others not so much. They did a special on a house that Zak bought. I enjoyed that. Think it was called demon house

It got rubbish after Derek left, the old fraud.
The presenting team including Yvette’s husband and their weirdo cousin were also pretty awful.

Hahaha yes I think that too, they will have no idea nor will they care, bless him!
