I'm so angry. I get that people want to have equal rights but this is not equality. It is the eradication of the rights of "women" in order to appease the minority.

I feel ‘Non female deity on a non-square wheeled non car’ is more inclusive than ‘Christ on a bike.’

Me too! This cannot be real surely? This has to end at some stage, I don't think real women will tolerate this much longer. I feel on the verge of exploding . i consider myself a tolerant person and respectful of peoples choices but the more this goes on the more I want to say fuck off to everything this woke bullshit stands for.

It just a new way to oppress women isnt it. Utterly shocking

My gay friend explained it to me. He said if two men both declare themselves as non-binary and have a relationship, then they are lesbians. The non-man wording is so it is inclusive of such men.

Female lesbians are furious about it as they don't believe such men are lesbians and don't want them in lesbian only groups etc.

It's also concerning that men with intact penises are identifying as lesbians, then calling female lesbians bigots etc., because they don't want to have sex with them.

Surely if they wanted to be wholly inclusive they could have just scrapped both lesbian and gay-man and instead said "a gay-person is someone who is attracted to people of the same sex"

to those of you who are flabbergasted. this was me a few months ago. not any more. have a look at what the politicians are saying and realise that if you vote for Labour for all the other reasons that they deserve your vote, then this is the sort of shit that you will get. this whole shit show is about tiptoeing around a teeny tiny minority and thinking its trendy. if you want to vote labour then speak to your local politician now and get this called out and stopped. otherwise come the next election the law of unintended consequences means thats it for women. the end. we are just non men

Sadly it is. There are several examples of other places using the same. A school in Bristol a year or so ago and an organisation in Canada just last week.
