Ripped ENTIRE toenail off

Feel sick, can't look at it properly yet!

What do now?

Soaking twice a day in warm saline made with cooled boiled water and rock/seasalt for ten minutes a time, patted dry with kitchen roll and then dressed with stuff from the chemist - non sticking wound dressing, light bandage, flip flops for a couple of days - and a pair of cheap men's trainers to allow for it to be protected after that.

You can go over the light dressing with cotton wool and another light bandage or tape to cushion it.

Doesn't sound in your league but I ripped half of my toenail off. I bought a toenail repair kit on Amazon which had a sticky tape and special glue to hold it together. It was a life-saver and stayed on until that part of the nail eventually grew out.
