This is a ovely house - but the video ! I'm intrigued as to why the sellers agreed to the estate agent doing a video like this. Or am I behind the times and this makes the house more memorable?

I hate the house and couldn’t get more than 20 seconds in with the video.

It is a cracking house, but it is literally right on the A5 (that's the road with the red bit in the first exterior view). I hope it's got good soundproofing!

I didn't realise there were other threads, so apologies. A friend who is househunting sent the link to me. I couldn't see what the issue was until she told me to watch the video.

I think people are right, it will drive a lot of traffic to the listing and might get a few serious viewers actually visiting. I think it's a potentially lovely house, so I'm sure someone will buy it.

As a regular Rightmove peruser I think it gives me a much better idea of the house than the usual videos.

It’s in an awful location. I know that road well, I’m quite local, and you couldn’t pay me £700k to live on it. It’s ugly, noisy and really fast. This is one of the reasons you have to see past the pretty pictures and check out where it’s located before you go to view anything! (Not watched the video btw, trying to be quiet and can’t find my headphones)

It’s dreadful but did make me laugh and is obviously having the desired effect. I was very much distracted by the cars whizzing past the front windows though. That would be a deal breaker for me.

From now on, I refuse to consider any house that doesn't have a musical video!
