Quite a few of the younger teenagers in a village near where I live. The girls walk a circuit around the village in one direction, the boys drive in the opposite direction and that's how they flirt/court. The girls seem to not feel the cold at all, it's quite amazing to see them walk around wearing so little in freezing weather.
