I mean, the woman is staunchly anti-lockdown whereas Hancock and the Government were very much pro. Why on earth would he choose someone like Oakeshott to be his ghost writer??

Having googled a pic of her, my first guess is he voted with his dick and thought how lovely it would be to have a beautiful woman listening to him for hours.

If you pick oakshott, you do it for a reason. Although the government weren’t pro lockdown so maybe that is it.

It's also surprising considering she was the one who broke the story that David Huhne (was that his name?) and his wife had taken speeding points for each other, and they both ended up in jail for perverting the course of justice. There's a general ethics code amongst journalists that they won't reveal their sources, and she gave them up straight away!
