My problem is the "full" signal doesn't hit me for 15-20mins... so I keep eating them. THEN it hits and I'm like "fuck, probably should've stopped eating 10 nuggets ago" Grin

They were from the cash and carry so the same as what the local takeaways serve - I've seen them in there buying them.
