To use eyebrow razor on 14 month olds face?

My daughter has fine hair on her face, but as we are a family of black hair and fist skin it’s really noticeable. It’s very very fine, but very noticeable.

If I took an eyebrow razor to it and just gently did the side burns bit, would that be ok?

Anyone done it before?

Fair skin not fist

I would seriously suggest NOT shaving you baby.
The hair isn't doing her any harm, it's just cosmetic. Baby skin is incredibly delicate.

Please don’t take any kind of razor to your child’s face

Coincidentally your username is HMP which is where I think you should end up if you shave your baby.

HTH

everythingsapickle · 08/02/2023 13:36

Oh my goodness, no!! Don’t do it!

ofwarren · 08/02/2023 13:36

This has got to be a joke??

Ukholidaysaregreat · 08/02/2023 13:36

No!!!

brujarosada · 08/02/2023 13:37

Yes, that would be incredibly unreasonable.

Wimbz20 · 08/02/2023 13:37

It's Lenugo hair and it will FALL OFF on its own !!! Please don't use a razor on your babies face !!!!

DrNo007 · 08/02/2023 13:37

Agree with those who say don’t touch it. I have first hands experience of fine hairs turning into thick ones as soon as I started shaving them. Children’s hair changes a lot in the first years of life anyway. Wait and see what happens to it.

It just drops out. DS2 had very dark furry shoulders for a while. We still call him Wolfy.

SilentNightDancer · 08/02/2023 13:38

This is a wind up?

Wavescrashingonthebeach · 08/02/2023 13:39

What the fuck! No!!!

BertaHoon · 08/02/2023 13:39

Good grief! One of the worst things I have read. Pierce their ears and nose whilst you're at it why don't you 🙄

Poor BABY.

eatbananas · 08/02/2023 13:39

Oh no 🤦🏽‍♀️

This reminds me of a YouTube video I saw of a woman waxing her baby's face 😭

As PP said it will fall off.

I'm South Asian with very dark and thick hair so i understand what you mean about her hair, but please don't touch her face.

Screwedupworld · 08/02/2023 13:39

My DS had it and still has it down his back. He’s 2 and it’s getting lighter/dropping out. Please do not use anything to get rid of it.

TokyoSushi · 08/02/2023 13:40

No no no no no no no no no

Mamette · 08/02/2023 13:40

No way would I put a razor anywhere near a baby.

Tempone · 08/02/2023 13:41

Good one op

BertaHoon · 08/02/2023 13:41

If this isn't a joke then you clearly don't love your beautiful baby regardless of excess hair. Poor girl.

isthismylifenow · 08/02/2023 13:41

👀

Toottooot · 08/02/2023 13:41
