I've never been a fan of cucumber but I can't stop thinking about slices of cucumber with salt and lemon juice on.

I also keep biting cold lemons from the fridge, just bite into it and I'm satisfied 😂

And apple juice, I'm drinking a litre of apple juice a day and costing my DH £3 a time as I don't want the cheap one 🤦🏻‍♀️

Tuna sandwiches with raspberry yoghurt poured in them

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 16/01/2023 21:01

I wanted salt and vinegar crisps and ALL the fizzy sweets.

Ihavehadenoughalready · 16/01/2023 21:02

Raw cauliflower with dill dip.

StrawberryWater · 16/01/2023 21:02

McDonald’s was the only thing I craved.

I rarely ate McDonald’s before, haven’t eaten it much since. Couldn’t get enough when pregnant though.

IForgotOurSong · 16/01/2023 21:05

Fruit juice, for about three weeks, I couldn’t get enough. Rarely drank it before or since. I didn’t believe in cravings before that but I was sometimes drinking it before I’d even got it through the checkout!

Stressyfab · 16/01/2023 21:11

Currently craving McNuggets dipped in hummus :/

phoenixrosehere · 16/01/2023 21:14

Salmon (Pan or baked)

HirplesWithHaggis · 16/01/2023 21:17

Marks and Spencers onion bhajees. And later, Orange Maid ice lollies. Had to be Orange Maid. And lightly salted

Gossipxox · 16/01/2023 21:18

Weirdest one was licking Johnson’s baby soap 🤣🫣

coffeetofunction · 16/01/2023 21:18

Those pickled jalapeno peppers that you get in a take away kebab.... H used to have to go to the take away every night to buy a tray full. The bloke at the take away thought he was bonkers

MendaciousMabel · 16/01/2023 21:19

Not weird but unusual for me I love fruit atm I have loads of fruit cocktail cans in the cupboard so delicious 😂 I rarely eat fruit normally!

WillYouDoTheFandango · 16/01/2023 21:20

Lemon cordial. Not had it since but I was drinking pints and pints. I had DS in the December so the last few weeks the tap water was icy cold.

FuckoffeeBeforeCoffee · 16/01/2023 21:22

You know the black foam you get in packaging or sometimes with clothes so hangers don't leave marks?

I desperately needed to smell that.

I couldn't find any so I made do with a new sponge. I packed one in my hospital bag.

StrictlyAFemaleFemale · 16/01/2023 21:23

930pm cocopops (first trimester)

Cheese and pickle sandwiches (second)

Spinach

33goingon64 · 16/01/2023 21:23

With first DS it was celery with cream cheese. With DS2 it was salty chicken noodle soup. I bought a pack of 8 kosher soup sachets and ate 6 of them in one sitting.

fedupneighbours · 16/01/2023 21:26

Last pregnancy I couldn't get enough of the smell of the washing powder they used at work, I used to stand in the laundry room whenever I could just to have a sniff 😅
This time it's chewing sponges but it has to be soaked in freezing cold water first, also ice cubes which my dentist isn't going to thank me for.

Emmamoo89 · 16/01/2023 21:27

Can of coke and chocolate

Bumble84 · 16/01/2023 21:29

I didn’t think it was that weird but my DH looked at me like I had two heads when I trotted over to the sofa with my glass of milk with ice in it. I just wanted it extra cold!

LetsDoThis2023 · 16/01/2023 21:29

Lentils with cheese and spinach
Croissants
Fruit

Iwasntgettingasandwich · 16/01/2023 21:30

Vicks vapour rub. I limited myself to eating no more than about half a teaspoon a day. Blush It was both pregnancies too!

Nanatokidsdogshampsters · 16/01/2023 21:31

First child - smell of a jar of pickle onions but not eat.
Second child - smell of tinned hot dogs but not eat.
Third child (miscarried at 17 weeks) - lick a brick.

Iwasntgettingasandwich · 16/01/2023 21:31

Also rocket leaves with salt.

VainAbigail · 16/01/2023 21:32

I had pica so wanted bath sponges!

Pottedpalm · 16/01/2023 21:56

Lucozade and salt and vinegar crisps.

DC1214 · 16/01/2023 22:01

Not that weird but M&S cheese sandwiches, any variety. I could have eaten them all day but couldn’t have looked at a homemade one.

And cold limeade, about three cans a night.
