To kiss with tongues?

Comment on Gogglebox just now has DH and I questioning if we're weird?!

One of them said "errr why would you kiss with tongues? You aren't 12!"

Is this something people don't do as adults and we haven't realised at any point over the last 20 years?

(I hasten to add it's not the only way we kiss. And only in private.)

I got with my partner at aged 38, he is same age and we do this. Like you, not all the time and always in private. It's lovely.

We’re 40 and kiss this way, usually during sex. I think it’s more “normal” than not if you see what I mean. Nothing to do with having been together since teenagers (we got together in our mid-20s).

Kissing without tongues is just the same except using more lip work rather than tongue

No, dh and I do not use tongues for kissing. We never have, although I used to with other boyfriends and I think he did with previous girlfriends so I'm not sure why not. I don't know if I'd like it now though, especially if his tongue has been, ahem, elsewhere because I don't like the taste.

erm yes. I love kissing with tongues. It’s passionate and surely part of most sexual encounters. For me anyway, can’t imagine having sex without a good passionate song with tongues
