To ask if the spa at Centre Parcs is worth it?

DH has a big birthday in a few weeks and after a hectic Christmas and just general life with a toddler we were thinking a spa day or weekend would be just the ticket.

I have heard amazing things about the Aqua Sana spa at Centre Parcs (Longleat closest) but I've just priced it up for an overnight stay and it's £750 for 2 days spa use plus a massage each which seems very expensive.

Could anyone vouch for it?

That seems like an insane amount of money. We have paid close to that to fly to Northern Ireland and stay at the Galgorm.

The aqua Sana at Sherwood is amazing! It really is one of the best spas I've been to (except for the food which let's it down!). The best bit is the sauna high up in the trees with a glass front.

Thanks for all the replies - the spa does look really good with all sorts there so I think I’m going to do what is suggested and book one of the twilight spas there and get a premier inn nearby as they are only £50 and do a cracking breakfast!! Thanks all.

No. Given that it is CP, it is usually going to be about taking the kids on a break and nipping off for a few hours of me time, nothing more exciting than that. There are some amazing spas dotted around the place which aren't an afterthought but the main event and without the avoidable pressures of CP such as unmemorable food, strange car park rules, average accommodation and the rest.

Have been to so many spas in my years eg penny hill park, ragdale

the aqua sana at Woburn is up there with the best of them - we spent hours in the fire and ice spa and only then realised there were four other spas to explore plus a luxe outdoor bubbly pool in the forest

aqua sana is completely separate to Cp - different staff, accounts, companies - it’s a concession within the grounds of centerparcs

when you go it’s ultra luxurious and grown up

We splashed out on a 3 day spa there and spent about £1500 in total. It was worth every penny, it was such good couple time and I remember it fondly when we are battling with the kids. I would love to go back but now we have 2 kids and a dog 🤣😭 so it will be a few years before we can stretch to it again, but don’t regret it
