For me it’s smellies! Even Baylis and Harding makes me happy (I know on MN gifting B&H is the equivalent of punching someone in the face). Anything I can pour in a bath, or use to take 13 layers of skin off my body is a great gift.

Candles! Love them! Particularly Neom but also the Aldi ones and anything in between!
Nearly bought myself a mince pie one on Fri but put it back as I have loads!
Always happy to get one as a gift!

Twiceover · 10/12/2022 22:57

Socks! Always going to have feet...I hope.

rookiemere · 10/12/2022 22:59

I love bubble bath or shower gels. Doesn't really matter what brand , it's just the thought of luxuriating in a bath.

madnessitellyou · 10/12/2022 22:59

Ditto socks! My MIL buys me fluffy socks. I bloody love them!

GoldenCupidon · 10/12/2022 23:01

I’ll take socks of any kind, never get round to buying them for myself.

CoffeeLover90 · 10/12/2022 23:01

Socks. Pyjamas. Candles. Shower gel.
I get these things every year. They make me happy.

CraigDavid · 10/12/2022 23:02

Candles, posh socks, wine, homemade chutneys and jams.

ErinAndTonic · 10/12/2022 23:03

I'd be pleased with some tea towels this year as mine aren't looking so hot anymore and I cba to go shopping for them

Wrongsideofpennines · 10/12/2022 23:05

Smellies. I am happy to never buy my own shower gel or moisturiser and try out all the different ones people get me.

Bigbus · 10/12/2022 23:07

Wine, definitely. I’m also partial to a nice pair of gloves. Mostly I love book tokens.

Woolandwonder · 10/12/2022 23:09

Candles, socks (particularly wool ones!), Chocolates, booze. Basically all the boring consumable gifts make me really happy these days.

Skyrimisveryrelaxing · 10/12/2022 23:10

I really want a swiffer!

Dotcheck · 10/12/2022 23:11

Book vouchers.

I would secretly rather have cash

XelaM · 10/12/2022 23:17

Hand cream!!! Can never have enough as I love my hands being soft.

Also, socks, warm slippers, umbrellas/gloves (as always lose both) and smelly candles πŸ•―

XelaM · 10/12/2022 23:18

Also always prefer cash/vouchers to gifts 🎁

Mylittlesandwich · 10/12/2022 23:19

Vouchers for clothes etc, I really struggle to spend money on myself but if I have a voucher I don't feel guilty. I also love candles and chocolate.

Shannny · 10/12/2022 23:19

Socks! I love getting socks as I tend to use all mine on the dog’s nose when she needs to find me

Aquarius1234 · 10/12/2022 23:21

Chocolates and good quality socks.

elQuintoConyo · 10/12/2022 23:24

Socks, gloves, lip balms in my Christmas stocking, box of maltesers all to myself.

CantFindTheBeat · 10/12/2022 23:25

Mince pie candle?

OMG, that sounds delicious - from where, pls, I want it!

Aquarius1234 · 10/12/2022 23:27

I don't get why some people think Chocolates are a rubbish gift..

chimichangaz · 10/12/2022 23:28

Stationery - journals, pens, anything really. Love books but to choose them myself. And foaming shower gel πŸ₯°

Allsnotwell · 10/12/2022 23:28

Gadgets - don’t care if it’s an iron or vacuum or steam cleaner - anything that makes my life easier!

Aquarius1234 · 10/12/2022 23:29

Champagne. Saves me buying it..

Maldedos · 10/12/2022 23:30

Biros - I never have enough.
And emery boards, my family groan every Christmas when I put them on my list.
