To want to see and end to free Tote bags

I was sent one in the post recently, which I didn't ask for and am never going to use, I have more than enough already. Surely they are meant to last for years and we all have enough tote bags now?

I have had four pairs of free socks from BAM. I have never bought anything from them.

They are great for keeping in the loft if you want to protect things from dust!

Tote bags are just a promotional opportunity, replacing branded pens and those fluffy windscreen things they used to have and all manner of other rubbish. Companies (and unis) can pretend to be being all environmentally friendly whilst getting people to walk around doing their marketing.

I don't mind them if they are something you can't actually buy yourself, so more exclusive. I have one I got for volunteering which I've never seen anyone else with.

@PeekAtYou promotional things. Horse related days out, when we were building our house we got given literature in tote bags, I think (could be wrong) that we got one when we popped into Wren kitchens

I'm a buyer so I get sent quite a few with free samples, I send stuff to charity shops in them to get rid of them. one was really good quality and a bigger size than most so I kept it z& use it when we go to the library.

any more I get I'll put in the food bank collection though
