Men who wear obviously supermarket bought clothes. Like off brand converse or stupid “Sunday Funday”’ or Jack Daniels/PlayStation/Cartoon t-shirts (cartoon/Tv programs not niche enough to be cool).
Men who like Marvel/DC like it’s a personality trait.

Apart from short men, men over the age of 30 who date teenagers and high pitched voices.

Arrogance

Helplessness/laziness.

Cruelty.

Men baby talking

a guy does it at work makes me feel quite violent

Guy, who clicked his fingers to get the bar tenders attention. Then said 'keep the change, whilst looking in the other direction.

Guy, who did a quick but weird darty tongue lip lick after each laugh. It was too lizardy for me and that a shame because I am fond of real life reptiles.

Guy who deep frowned everytime he asked question. 'Did you noticed to loo or the way in?' Hard stare with deep frown. I found it a bit intimidating.

This is about men only:
grey tracksuit trousers, white trainers, flipflops, painted nails, obsessed with Marvel, noisy motorcycle and car drivers, smokers, long nails, beards or patchy stubble with poor hair growth, man buns, tattoos, shaved or waxed body, overgroomed eyebrows, fake tan or use sunbeds, poor hygiene, earrings on men, piercings, dressing in feminine clothes, daily drinking energy drinks, heavy drinkers.

Basically my ex!
HORRIBLE morning breath, a gym bore that does nothing but bang on about the gym and how ‘big’ his muscles are but doesn’t train legs, a hopeless cling on that likes to live off everyone else, skinny / tight jeans!!, small men with BIG egos, someone with absolutely no personality or sense of humour, being tight with money, absolutely no motivation to change anything but likes to complain about how bad his life is, someone who constantly says they are going to do something but never end up doing it. Shouting at football, shouting or swearing at a games console! The list is endless!!!

Hate bushy beards, don't mind neat and trimmed facial hair but prefer clean shaven men.

Some of these are extremely offputting, I agree, but are horrible traits rather than the ick.
For me, the ick = neediness.

A lot of these I could live with, depending on circumstances.

Two things I did get the ick over with men were overly long nails (fingers or toes) and a metaphorical lack of spine when something occurred that just wasn't right.

Lots of things which is why l choose to stay happily on my own. now I 'm in my 50's l find a lot of men boring and irritating.

Manky teeth, the way they eat

I had a man I'd been on a few dates with tell me he was going to be catching up on some films and reading a book over over weekend.

He then sent me a picture of said books with a kindle in the middle of them. Then he sent another message saying "The thing in the middle is a kindle"

Thank you for pointing that out. My silly woman brain wouldn't have realised otherwise💀

When their hearts beat. So irritating!

When they go straight to the subject of sex after meeting.
Poor self-care. Gross.
When they say they are "between jobs" but have been for months/years.
Obvious racism/sexism/homophobia.

-Overly groomed men, esp the gym type. You know the johnny bravo lookalikes
-men in skinny jeans
-fussy eaters
-not being able to form a sentence without a swear word

Long fingernails or toenails. I don't care if it's Brad Pitt, he'd be gone 😂
