And do something about the enormous bluebottle that's flying around by him instead of looking at me as if to say "get that, human, it's irritating. "?

You have your role in the relationship entirely wrong.

Get about you with the fly swatter, lazy human.

Bonjovispjs · 18/10/2022 17:29

Don't you understand that he is the boss and what he says goes? 🤣

Pixiedust1234 · 18/10/2022 17:29

Thats what happens if you encourage your cat to get the spiders....

Chikapu · 18/10/2022 17:29

He's allowing you to live in his house, pay his bills and scoop his poop, you can't honestly expect him to work on top of all that!!

Fuwari · 18/10/2022 17:31

One of my cats would be after it, she loves nothing better than a snack of fly!

I thought this post was going to be about sending them out to work and I was going to agree 😀Instead they just clamber all over me when I need to work!

Marblessolveeverything · 18/10/2022 17:38

oh dear oh dear. You are referring to your overlord and master - please do not bother them with trivial matters. Now get poaching the organic salmon and be quick about it.!

Mabelface · 18/10/2022 17:42

I normally strictly abide by intergalactic law, but in this occasion thought he could take a break from his pre sleep sleep and help out. I'm obviously BVU

Kitty is master. You are slave. Know your place 😺😺😺

Nah, we leave spiders to roam in my house. He barely notices them, lazy shite. 🤣

DDog would have that situation under control pronto, ditto for wasps etc, she tolerates spiders.

In the garden, she will chase off anything bigger than a blackbird coming to the bird feeder.

Isaidnoalready · 18/10/2022 17:49

You know the rules pay the cat tax

curlymom · 18/10/2022 17:58

Well he is cute so he can get away with lazy

bellinisurge · 18/10/2022 18:01

Mine runs away from spiders. She sat on one once, forgot about it and then sauntered off. It ran the other way.

INeverSawAPurpleCow · 18/10/2022 18:02

Tell him you love the bluebottle and he mustn't touch it.

WhileMyGuitarGentlyWeeps · 18/10/2022 18:03

Sorry who the Fluffing fook do you think you are hoooman? Hmm Bore off with your 'cats should do shit' nonsense!

Prime Minister it's time to get off MN and know that you answer to Larry the Cat.

TwoMonthsOff · 18/10/2022 18:07

I get what you mean OP but cats can get parasites from eating flies 🤢

balalake · 18/10/2022 18:21

I am imagining the response of the cat if he could read this. The cat equivalent of no is a complete sentence.

Summerunlover · 18/10/2022 18:27

Only one thing for it! LTB!

Clarabe1 · 18/10/2022 18:44

My cat is abusive. He wakes me up by sticking his great big fat paw flat in my face. He once woke me up intentionally by walking right over my face. There are no helplines for humans trapped by small fluffy bullies.

Muu · 18/10/2022 18:47

but he brought you all those headless mice, you ungrateful wretch.

KangFang · 18/10/2022 18:50

Sorry - but you need to accept that you his slave.

Also - we need a photo of said king furball.

KangFang · 18/10/2022 18:50

Also YABVVVVU!

Mabelface · 18/10/2022 18:51
