Buying house next to a pub

So I can make as much noise as I like?
Do you think this is a good idea? I'm very tolerant to noise so wouldn't be kept awake or bothered by it. Can anyone see a downside. It's cheap too. Pub is nice one with good food not a spoons!

I'd like it. I'd eat in there a few times a week.
Do they do good chips?
With garlic mayo?
